- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Phoned up because I've got a bad toothache, wouldn't see me because I Haven't had a check up for las 2 years so have been removed from there list, so basically because i didn't have a check up last year they've removed me, it would of been nice for them to let me know, if they'd of phoned me or writen l could of told them it was due to having an heart attack and going back and forwards to the hospital that it probably slipped my mind.
